In fulfilment of our mission which is to give full exposure to our deserving athletes, we have come
up to stage our own Boxing tournament to be held in the coming month of April 2007.
Bearing the 1st Philippine Kagwang Boxing Club Inter-Phase ERAP City Boxing Tournament (Friendship
Cup) banner, it will be held on the heart of the Suburban Commuity Housing Area (ERAP City) in Rodriguez (formerly Montalban)
Rizal.
Our goal is to promote greater values in Sportmanship and Camaraderie among participating Team and Individuals.
And at the same time to discover hidden grass-root talents.
An elimination process will be held every sunday at the Sub-urban Multi-Purpose Covered court prior to the
Tournament proper to determine the two team finalist
Ranging from 8 to 27 years
old and under with the following weight category: 0 to 32 kgs. kalamay weight, 34 kgs. minimum weight, 36 kgs. powder
weight, 39 kgs. vacuum weight, 42 kgs. paper weight, 45 kgs, pin weight and 48 kgs. light flyweight. superfly and Bantamweights.
This event will highlight the Best of ERAP city Youth Community. And the winning Team
and Individual will receive Cash and Trophies from Sponsors and will get a chance to be field in the coming Regional
and National Events.
(Erap city is estimated to be of more or less than 1.2 million resident in a 600 hectares 7,000
homes on a mountains of Sn. Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal which includes kasiglahan I village. First conceived during the
Ramos Administration and fully implimented by the Estrada Administration as its Flagship housing project for
the urban poor of Metro Manila.
